Wisdom

Never make it as a wise man,
Couldn't cut it as a poor man stealing
Tired of living like a blind man,
I'm sick of sight without a sense of feeling.

Does your wisdom come from your parents?
Does it arrive after years of trial and error?
Do the millions of bits of pics in your brain
create a sum total of wisdom?
Are you said to be thick because you do not exercise
them, or you lack the ability to retain them?
Perhaps, just maybe, you numb to the
bombardment of the news repeating itself.
I do not boast wisdom it seem counter intuitive.
The sum total can be discibed in 4 rules for life.
1:  Show up
2:  Pay attention
3:  Don't lie
4:  Don't get too attached to the results
One of my favorite mentors lent this to me.
Thanks Steve.
I'm sure we can make a long list of wise sayings.
But for rules I like to start with the 4 then add
appropriate measures as the situation deems.
Chime in anybody, where does wisdom come from?

  1. I believe we are born with a certain intrinsic wisdom. Then we learn more from our parents and teachers. Finally, our own years of experience add to our wisdom.
