The photo at the top of my blog could be some where in the Carribean.
Or the coast somewhere......but if you find yourself in northern Michigan,
Travel north to the Sleeping Bear Dunes, Sand piled hundreds of feet high on
the west bank of Lake Michigan. There is a dune climb, not for the out of
shape or faint of heart. Then wind your way north along M-109 to Glen Haven,
Take in the sites of this, period in history, town and museum.
Continue North out of town on M-22 past Glen Arbor a mile or 2.
Keep a close watch out for Pyramid Point Trail. Climb a 2.7 mi
trail thru the trees, up, up until you break the top of the tree line.
The veiw is the Manitou Islands, And it is 500 ft.straight down to the water.
I discribe arriving there as breath taking.........There's this place...
