Steak Salad.
This is a romaine heart salad
4 romaine hearts
1 cucumber
1/2 cup onion
2 clove garlic
1 8 oz. can sliced black olives
4 oz of left over Sirlion ( prefered grilled)
1 can quartered Artichoke hearts , drained
1/4 cup apple cider or red wine vinegar.
1/4 cup olive oil
Feta or blue cheese crumbles
Wash and clean 4 romaine hearts set aside.
Peel, wash ,cut 1 large cucumber 1/2 inch dice
1/2 yellow onion chopped 1/2 inch dice .
Combine onion, cucumber, artichoke, black olive, garlic
with oil and vinegar, chill 1/2 hr
Serve over romaine heart salad, add cubed steak pieces
add cheese.
A great steak leftover won't heat the kitchen. ( serves 4-6)
